The Singing Sensations Series
 
The Singing Sensations Series  explores the feelings of singing inside the body. The imagined shapes and colors feel very similar to some universal truths about the way breath moves and the way resonance pings throughout the body while singing. The image emerges over layered textured paint, grooved and woven with tools to make it resemble certain waves as it travels from one register to another.  In the way that sound sparks and resonates in the head cavity, bits of highly saturated paint lights up passages of darker planes.
